Air signs gemini and aquarius have a look and are interesting, pretty. Libra's eyes aren't well known but they do have attractive eyes. Water signs eyes are particularly noted for their eyes. Earth signs aren't well known but some do have beautiful eyes. Everyone has different opinions though and see beauty differently.

Aiswariya was born at 04.05am (found that at her biography) and at that time Libra was rising. So her rising sign/ascendant is Libra. On how people looks affects 3 signs: Sun sign, Moon sign and Rising sing. Aishawariya is Scorpio by sun, Capricorn by moon and Libra by rising sing at the hour of her birth. Her looks are mix of these 3 signs. What comes to you, you are describing your eyes that way, that I think your moon or rising sign is either Cancer or Pisces :)
